How a delivery takes place
A work of art being a very special object, their shipment is not as fluid as for consumer products.
However, the process of a delivery follows a specific route:
- When you order a work, you receive a first email from Line Up Gallery that first verifies its availability.
- A second email is sent to confirm the availability of the work as well as a delivery time.
- You finally receive a third email to inform you that your order has been processed and shipped.
We remain available throughout the process to answer your questions.
The choice of the carrier is based on the destination address and the characteristics of the work. Thus, we will opt for conventional carriers (UPS, FedEx, etc.) or specialized art carriers.
In any case, the work is fully insured by Line Up Gallery.
